David W. Fischer, Esq.

davidfischertnMr. Fischer is recognized as a preeminent trial attorney in Maryland.  He has handled more than 3,000 cases on the State and Federal levels, and has appeared on national and local television as a guest legal commentator.  In 2003, Mr. Fischer was selected to the prestigious Criminal Justice Act felony panel of the United States District Court.

Mr. Fischer is licensed to practice in Maryland courts, the United States District Court - District of Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals – Fourth Circuit, the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court – District of Columbia, United States Court of Appeals – District of Columbia, and various other courts.

Mr. Fischer is an Honors graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, serving as an Associate Editor on the Maryland Law Review.  Before attending law school, he was an NCAA Academic All-American college basketball player.

David P. Putzi, Esq.

David PutziDavid P. Putzi, Esq. is consistently recognized by his peers as a preeminent criminal defense attorney.   Mr. Putzi focuses his law practice on representing individuals charged with criminal, traffic and juvenile offenses, as well as quasi-criminal matters such as administrative hearings, peace orders and protective orders.  Mr. Putzi possesses vast trial experience, appearing every day in the Maryland courts to defend his clients.  Many of the thousands of cases that he has defended are high profile matters that you have either seen on television or read in the newspaper.

Previously, Mr. Putzi worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Maryland responsible for prosecuting a wide variety of cases.  The cases he was entrusted as a prosecutor included felony, misdemeanor and juvenile offenses.  As a prosecutor, Mr. Putzi received specialized training in drug offenses, sexual offenses, and DUI field sobriety testing.

Currently, Mr. Putzi serves on the Board of Trustees for the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.  Mr. Putzi was chosen to co-chair the Criminal Law Committe for the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.  He is a member of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association.  He was selected by his peers, and confirmed by Governor Martin O’Malley, as a member of the Trial Courts Judicial Nominating Commission for Anne Arundel County.  He is active in the community, volunteering his time for charitable organizations and coaching in youth sporting leagues.

Mr. Putzi attended The Catholic University School of Law.  While in law school, Mr. Putzi was selected to serve on the Editorial Board of The Catholic University Law Review.  Upon graduation from law school, he was hired as the judicial law clerk for The Honorable Raymond G. Thieme, Jr. in the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court.
